Skyrim Crashes after an hour or so

So I recently had my cpu repaired because it's Hard Drive Corrupted and I redownloaded almost every mod i had excluded a few i didnt feel i needed anymore, Along with it being repaired it was upgraded with a better parts so every game i own runs faster and over all better. But now after about an hour or 2(while playing and older file from before i got my cpu fixed) Skyrim freezes and won't unfreeze(I checked Task manager and see it's using memory like normal before it freezes, but when it does it isn't using any memory) and i always notice it freezes when i am scrolling in my inventory at the time(But entering the inventory menu doesn't freeze it, only moving through a few items it does) but scroll works when i just start playing. This didn't happen before the fix when my Cpu's systems where weaker so I am very confused to why it does it now or what i can do to stop this. Also other mods work now that used to not before, like Sjel Blad Castle used to completely close out my game when i entered my spells menu but now it works completely fine which confused me more

Are you sure that's your entire list of mods and that it is your load order? I ask because you have a dual sheath patch without dual sheath redux and your list of mods seems to be very alphabetical (which doesn't usually happen with a load order).

 

While I'm asking questions, do you have the stability tools (Craash Fixes 12, ENBoost, etc.)?

Im actually pretty sure it is not, I went through Vortex to see I have "Dual Sheath plush Shield on Back 07" Along with "Dual Shield Redux" But in the notepad list it's not showing it, and another mod I have that i like alot it "Skyrim Romance" which isn't even in the listing

 

this is a Notepad doc titled "DLCList" but im not sure if it shows the correct load order, But i kinda think it does because i just reinstalled the last 2 to see if they reappear at the bottom which they do

And also i have no crash Stability items, i tried a couple but none worked to i uninstalled them but i never knew which ones where the most recommend so ill look those 2 up

Starting with the second part first. If you go into my signature you will see two blogs listed. The first one is how to improve your Skyrim game including dealing with CTDs. That blog includes the list of (my) recommended stability tools and links to each one. You may want to start there for looking for the tools.

 

AS far as your mod list is concerned I don't see any known issues. While there are mods in your list I don't know I usually wind up hearing about the ones that routinely cause a problem.

I would definitely sort that mod list with LOOT, USLEEP should be just under Hearthfire, it has an esp ending but should be treated as an esm.

Before this nothing, but i just installed LOOT and let it organize stuff, a mod that didn't usually acts up caused a complete game crash when i went to a certain item but i might redownload manually to see if that fixes it, so i havent gotten the chance to see if it will do the crash i took a screenshot off yet

 

So far it's running ok without downloading any sort of crash avoidance mod, but im to busy to put a full few hours into it, but it's loading screens are acting more like it did before i had my cpu's harddrive replaced

Ok LOOT Didn't fix the issue, so i will be looking into these anti crash mods

Vortex Mod Manager

It may be a problem with Vortex. You might post your problem on the Vortex forum on this site. I am not saying it is a problem with Vortex just that it is one more avenue to follow to try to fix your problem.
