mod sugestion, interaction between skill tree perk system, please help make for skyrim skyblivion and skywind

so i had this mod idea come to me recently and i think it could go a long way to improve the skrim engines capabilities with some grace,

 

my idea is that an aditional perk system could be developed to account for interaction between skills, like a master conjurer should not be able to conjure a deadric bow unless they were also a master marksman since only a master marksman would be able to understand what makes a bow "nice" . thus a master conjurer could conjure a steel or dwarven bow maybe depending on their level of marksmanship, similarly a master conjurer who is also a master enchanter should be able to conjure weapons' and armor that are enchanted as they understand conjuration and enchanting well...….

 

I know their are a lot of "between" interactions given the number of skill trees in any implementation of the skyrim engine and that I have not listed ideas or thoughts for what "perks" might be reasonable for "skill tree interactions" but I was hoping to leave that open to the community for discussion given that I need the communities help to develop such a frame work any how

 

soooo.... please give me your thought ideas wishes help and assistance as I have no moding experience but I believe this feature would go a long wat to improve the games functional capabilities.....

There is a mod for this, it's a perk overhaul system called Make Skyrim Great Again. The perks interact with each other:

 

The steath skills further improve archery depending on which tree you chose, alchemy improves on a few stealth perks,

enchanting and black smithing directly affect each other, illusion and stealth directly affect each other, speach and stealth directly affect each other so on and so forth.

 

As to your specification on daedric summoned weapons, it is lorebreaki g to go with your idea. Anything "summoned" comes from Oblivion, familiars, atranochs, weapons etc, are conjure from the plane of oblivion. Each different spell comes from a different area of oblivion. To summon anything other than daedric would be lorebreaking.

 

However, this is already a mod that does implement your archery governing what what bow you summon, as well as your melee skill determining which melee weapon you summon. It is entirely like.breaking but that mods do exist. Have you tried searching for it?
