I am getting game freezes, help please?

Sometimes my game freezes up and I have to reboot the PC because when I Alt+Tab out to the destop I cannot get to Task Manager as this stays behind the game windows (which is black).

 

I have provided my Boss Plug-in list hoping you guys might see the issue:

In the above image is all mods I have not including the Project ENB made for the Climates mod.

 

(PS. For whatever reason my Q shortcut is not working neither, so Catagorised Favourites doesn't work but as you can see from my signature I am using the latest Skyrim and SKSE)

 

Any ideas or need more info?

Is it freezing at specific locations or when you are performing specific actions, do the freezes seem to be after a certain amount of time, or is it totally random?

What mods did you add (or remove) just before the freezing started. If you didn't change your mods, what else did you change (driver update, etc.)

 

Just looking at your mods, you have a few that can cause freezes because of spawns or conflicts, such as deadly dragons, Warzones--anything that spawns new content. Including the shooting stars, I found that was causing some freezes for me. It may not be a particular mod, but just having too many that are trying to spawn new stuff at the same time. Usually this kind of problem manifests by freezes at predictable locations.

As a side note: UKSP provides the same fixes as Guard Dialogue Overhaul.esp - apart from 'sweet roll' dialogue. Depends on installation order, one would overwrite SPIKE.esm master file.
