Skyrim Black Textures

Hello,

 

I'm having some extremely annoying texture glitch. I will try to explain it nicely. I can play for like 5 hors continuously, without closing the game, and without having any CTDs(actually, I haven't experienced CTDs for like 15 hours of gameplay), but, when I close the damn game, and just open it up again, guess what happens. Most textures of the landscape/buildings are tottaly black, or extremely darkened. It's gamebreaking, because some areas are just normal in my game, but if you look at your right, you just see a huge ''tottaly-black'' ground(but with animals, rocks and flowers rendered).

 

So, when this happens, somewhat like 4-5 saves become corrupted, with this issue. It's really frustating to start over....

 

I mean, c'mon, the only mods that i've used were SKSE, Fog Remover, and that's it, just to boost my performance in-game. And also, I had this problem before. Needed to throw away my 100hours build, and start over. The way this thing is, I can never open my game without the fear of corrupting my save file.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Additional details:

Using the Latest Patch, without Dawnguard DLC.

My game version is NOT original(sadly), but I think it doesn't have anything to do with the bug.

On the contrary. It affects two things: mods will not work properly with a 'non-original' Skyrim, and your

account is also prone to get banned for piracy.
