How to remove the dusty grey-white visual filter near vegas?

So i have been playing Fallout NV ever since it came out, and one really annoying thing that had been bothering me is the grayish/white visual filter when you come close to new vegas, particularly when you go to Camp McCarran and Gun Runners.

It sort of looks like a white misty sand storm it makes everything seem whiter and makes it harder to see, this has been annoying me forever. The same problem was in fallout 3 where the filter made everything seem greener but that was addressed in a popular mod.

Can someone please help me.

I use this to adjust the lighting and get rid of the weird filters they insist on using. http://planetfallout.gamespy.com/mods/494/URWL-for-New-Vegas-Realistic-Lighting there are plenty of others.

Isn't there a specific mod or a patch that specifically addresses this issue? Because i seriously doubt I'm the only one with this problem.

This mod has been removed from nexus for violation one of the main copyright rules, also this mod ruins one of the perks completely, night eye perk i think.

Can someone please help me to solve this issue with the white visual filter near McCarran and Gunrunners, whether or not its a self remedy, a patch or a mod. Please.
