Sebo85
Okay so I am definetly not able to launch any of those "programs" cause I can't even find them on the internet. I only get stuff from Github, and those files are in a file format that my computer doesn't know. I found a tutorial (it's really only one tutorial out there) explaining how to use chunk merge to merge collisions from nifs and thats what I wanted to do. So if anyone can explain me how the hell I can get niftools with chunk merge OR tell me another way to merge two collisions please? Just to state it, I want to merge two side by side VltHallResWalls collision into one for a wide wall. Thanks! pepperman35
Could you make a static collection from the two walls?
Sebo85
Yeah I did that, tried to copy over the collision from that scols but but back in the ck the collision box is never in the same spot as the mesh. Moving the mesh in nifskope didn't do it so I'm kinda frustrated now :D
niston
As far as I can tell: If you want to work collision, you'll be looking at 3dsmax.
deadbeeftffn
Download it here: http://www.the-final-frontier.net/VltHallResWall01-ext.nifActually it wasn't that difficult. I've moved all BsTriShape and the bhkNPCollisionObject into a new NiNode. Then i've duplicated the NiNode and rotated it by 180 degree.Just have a look into the structure and you will understand
Sebo85
Yeah my problem was that there were actually two collision objects separate in ninodes. Haven't seen this before and I just thought I cleaned it up by removing the ninode structure. I ended up with a messed up nif (again) but found out myself that this causes the problem. Didn't know you can move a collision in nifskope
Sebo85
But I will definitely take a look at your structure and compare it with mine.I bet your nif looks cleaner:D
