SKYZOO Posted November 17, 2012 Share Posted November 17, 2012 (edited) So I made a new race in GECK, shaped my custom face on it and marked it as playable. I compared it to the other races that show up in-game when starting a fresh game and saw really no difference as to why it wouldn't work. I started a new game but when I went to choose this race, I had a instant CTD (multiple times). I made the race, made the CGPresetXXXF01 and CGPresetXXXM01 in npc's section, and it will show up in-game. But why the CTD? I have no other mods that would blatantly or obviously conflict with this one. If anyone has a method that works or a good guide link it would be appreciated. SKYZOO Posted November 18, 2012 Author Share Posted November 18, 2012 (edited) Yeah for both male and female (I knew it wouldn't work with just purple heads) from head to toe, they both ended up looking like I wanted face wise with a caucasian complex. I did a side by side comparison of the caucasian race and mine and I see really no differences that would prohibit it's use or cause a CTD, but even tinkering with it overnight i still have had no luck. EDIT: My next step is to simply copy and rename the caucasian race and re-create the faces completely, so the race has no difference but the name and faces included with the presets.
