Pickysaurus
Hi RICKROLLPASSYOUU, Sorry to hear about this issues. Before we look into it further it is, unfortunately, a common issue that Australian ISPs have difficulty with connections to our service (especially Teslra if I recall correctly). Can you try downloading one of these samples files and see if the speed is any better? http://speedtest.nexus-cdn.com/

MrMason
You're downloading from the LA server - which is usually quite good for AUS and nothing has changed recently. We do have a server in singapore, but I'm afraid it's premium only - can you try a speedtest from here and see if it's any better ? http://singapore.nexus-cdn.com/

MrMason
I'm afraid there isn't that much we are able to do from this end - these servers are from different providers with different ISPS and in different geographic locations. A couple of things I can think of to try: 1) You could try using a VPN to see if it's your ISP doing some kind of speed limting2) You could try a premium account that would let you download files up to 500M ( up from 20M ) from the alternative CDN ( which is what you're getting faster speeds from ).3) You could contact your ISP and send them the urls http://singapore.nexus-cdn.com/http://la.nexus-cdn.com/ and ask them if they can investigate why you're getting such slow speeds from those locations.
