Problem with Dark Souls: Prepare to die.

Hi! Its my problem with DS: Prepare to die. I need fast help.

I got this problem at the first open the game. When i start the game i get this error everytime.

Its mine DS patch.

Computer/Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/NAMCO BANDAI Games/Dark Souls
