kubicka
Hi, I am looking for some very good mods which can make Skyrim much harder and realistic = funnier! Could you post some of your mods list or something like that? I have a lot mods but the game is crashing a lot. Could you do it for me? :D
zyg0tic
You might be interested in the mod I just made. It tweaks a few things that are OP in vanilla. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27044 Also, other mods I recommend for increasing difficulty would be ASIS and Deadly Dragons. Deleted1308005User
Aye! Finally other person who thinks "Hard" = "Fun"! I'll post here what I am using to increase difficulty: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26217 Erso, overhaul which will increase difficult overall with different modules, I'd also say this is sort-of realism (lore realism) overhaul. Read the description, check what modules you want to use and so. There's module which gives enemies more perks, so the enemies will actually start using some things they wouldn't normally use. (Bashing, standing power attacks etc)Also gives enemies Racial spellsAlso, much more modules, just check it out! http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10037 General perk overhaul, works well with ERSO module which gives perks to enemies = enemies have the new perks = oh snap http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17802 Makes dungeons darker = harder, just pointing out  http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26706 more + more dangerous skeletons http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20889 Bellyache's dragon pack. Now those lizards are harder to kill, and just look how fabulous those are! http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10456 Makes sneaking harder, you can't simply sneak behind enemy with steel armor anymore. zyg0tic
Thanks for mentioning the mod that changes sneaking. I was just trying to sneak through Bleak Falls Barrow and forgot how absurdly easy it was to sneak around in the game - only level 3 and I almost made it into BFB entrance in daylight. I did get detected but only after bumping into someone. So I just made my own mod/tweak also - just halved the fSneakBaseValue from 15 to 7.5, and also the fSneakSkillMult from .5 to .2. I dont like the idea of an overhaul. Just want to modify whatever values need to be changed so that sneaking is more risky. As far s I know currently fSneakBaseValue and fSneakSkillMult are the most significant values.

mindw0rk2
I play in Dead is Dead (basically if you character dies its game over, saves deleted) mode with following mods (not counting many others):SkyRe (many tweaks in combat and perks)Deadly Dragons Dragons Diversified (those 2 mods make dragons much harder and fights with them epic)Monster Mod v10 (more monster)SkTest (more predators)Real Wildlife (more variety among animals, they become harder)Duke Patricks Archery & Heavy combat (no more easy mode archery)Tougher Traps (may one shot you if if not careful)Realistic Needs and Diseases (need to eat, drink, sleep. Can catch disease)Frostfall Hypothermia (need to warm yourself or freeze to death)Realistic Carry Weights (no more carrying tons of loot)Cutthroad Merchants hard preset (brutal prices in stores)Morrowloot (no more epic loot in the beginning. all good stuff spread in dungeons)Sands of Time (can get different encounters while sleeping and traveling) They work great together and give much more immersive and fun experience. Also no fast travel, no carts, only 1 follower at a time and cant redo dialogues. My char is almost 30 lvl atm Edited November 18, 2012 by mindw0rk2
