Using getworkshopobjectcount in a script

My goal:

There's a bunker and you can only repair the sink once you've built a water purifier in the settlement outside (In this case sanctuary)

 

 

 

So there's the "getworkshopobjectcount" command, but I'm stuck at how to link it to the Sanctuary workshop in a working and meaningful command.

 

 

Anyone knows about a simliar object in the vanilla game?

The fast travel mat uses some condition on its COBJ to restrict it to 1 per settlement. Might have a look at that.
