midniteinc Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 I have been a privalged member of a forum for a couple of months now, then one day one of the admins come along and decides to pick on me. I try for an explanation why he did this and then since it was going no where eventually decided it wasn't worth it and withdrew from the forum, making a public announcement that I had enjoyed my stay, however due to some complications with someone, (didn't even name him), was leaving and graciously left. I returned a little while later to update my post and found to my utter astonishment that I had been banned. Doesn't that just get on your goat...I managed to get a friend to create an account and log in to see what was happening and again to my utter astonishment he had replied to the post with utter rubbish that I had supposed to have done, this indeed made me realise that this particular individual is nothing short of being a self indulged meglomaniac. However the point of this is, has anybody else suffered under the axe of an over indulged admin. and if so what where your response? midniteinc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As you have lived to learn, they are seldom a good idea. Better to just sky out of town, and come back some other time, then make what can only be viewed by bystanders as self-indulgence. LHammonds Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 There is a long list of people banned and I have yet to see anyone banned "for no reason" We also do not "ban behind closed doors" either. Take a look at this area and you will see exactly why each member was banned and most all of them have reference posts which allow you to do the research yourself. Of course, there are a few posts that were so demeaning that they had to be cleaned up but there are plenty of witnesses that will backup what was there. The fact that you are being very vague with no reference links makes it a laughable joke. EDIT: hmm...were you talking about TESNexus?
