Hi everyone. I haven't played Skyrim in about 4 months after my hard drive took a nose dive. I lost all the mods I had installed including my own personal mod I had invested hours on. I spent probably upwards of 500 hours playing, searching for mods, and working on my mod.

 

My question is if yall can point me towards some of the standard mods everyone is using currently. Mostly things that improve the graphics of the game and performance. There are so many mods now it's intimidating to sift through all of them.

 

Also, is there a commonly used combo of mods to acheive nicer looking females?

If you type in "sexy" and the name of an area (sexy Solitude, etc.) in the "search" at the top of the nerxus home page, you will find the graphics mods you're looking for. Supermodel Skyrim, Caliente's big bottom edition, UPN overhaul, blessed body, and skimpy clothing or skimpy armor will give you hotter chicks. Oh, and covergirl. The Caliente body mods can be found by typing "cbbe", but you'll be sifting through a LOT of pages looking for the specific mods you're looking for. Also nude and jiggly will give you... well, it kinda speaks for itself, but be sure to get the "hentai" body mod AFTER, or it probably won't look too good (at least it didn't for me). You should look pretty damned good at that point! There are plenty of hi-res retexture and overhaul mods, but these are my faves. Have fun!

Actually, I'd like a little help there too. I've got the other mod types covered, but I don't know where to start when it comes to looks. It's not like there's an easy "oh, pick (1) a mesh pack, then (2) a texture pack, there you go!" - the more descriptions of the various face/body mods I read, the more confusing things get. Is there a guide where to start? I already have the ApachiiSkyHair pack btw. Because that was easy, it's just hair.

 

My goal is better looking girls in Skyrim, much like the other guy wanted, and I'd like to use these mods:

- "Conjure Rideable Ethereal Horse Spell" ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9534 ) - praise Talos, no more suicidal flesh beast mounts, plus you can cast this in town! Indoors too!

 

- "Sinister Summoner" ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/15811 ) - if you're sick of the flame atronach, have fun with these

 

- "Warzones: Civil Unrest (version 5)" ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9494 ) - there's actually a war in Skyrim, fancy that

 

- "Skyrim Immersive Creatures" ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24913 ) - what is life without the spice of risk

 

- "ACE" @ Athyra's Comprehensive Enhancements ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10037 ) - whole lotta perk/skill changes

 

- "Mighty Magick Skyrim" @ MMSk ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13166 ) - revamps useless vanilla spells without turning into a put-everything-into-Skyrim-even-if-it's-weird mod

 

- "Automatic Variants" ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21377 ) - no more clones; you'll want to download some packages for it - the mod description lists several of them I believe, and I also picked up one of StarX's AV packages (specifically, his Draugr pack, the others felt too small to be worth the effort)

 

- "ASIS" ( http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18436 ) - smarter enemies

 

Eh, don't forget SKSE and the Nexus Mod Manager, plus the Unofficial Fix Packs (Skyrim, Dawnguard, Hearthfire). You might also want to read the descriptions of the mods I listed, some may not support older Skyrim builds without DLCs.

Ummm...to expand on this, I think it's actually possible to type in almost any word in the dictionary and you'll have several mods to make a female character look like a sex doll.

My combo is: Skeleton of female models 3-2, Calientes big bottom edition, CHSHBC nude and jiggly, Dimonized UNP body, UNP standard with BBP, and UNP customizer. Customizer comes last. Don't forget the cover eyes and coverwomen mods. BFG, or better face generation is great too, and the customizer will ask if you want to activate it. Don't choose that one if you don't have it active already, or you will get a screen freeze (I would know).
