Random CTD's - Need help figuring out why.

Greetings,

 

I'm getting random CTD's while playing my game and it's preventing me from doing my Skyrim Let's Play on my channel. I need help trying to figure out what's causing it, if anyone has the time. What exactly do I need to show you all in order to get started troubleshooting this problem?

 

Details of the problem:

The crashes seem random, I've tried to watch for some sort of sign that it's about to crash or some sort of situation I'm in that makes it crash every time, but I haven't been able to see an pattern at all. I've made no changes that have caused the crash's, it's really been since I've installed MODs, so obviously that's the reason it's crashing.

It's hard to say exactly, as you have not described the problem, but the following should be sufficient for a start in any case.

 

1. A concise but detailed description of the problem--the circumstances of the crash (where when what are you doing, etc;), what you have already tried in order to fix it, what changes you made before the crashing started.

 

2. Your game version/patch

3. Your mods in their loading order--the BOSS log works well for this. Also any supporting programs like SKSE, Wrye BAsh, etc.

4. Your computer specs: GPU (and driver update), CPU, VRAM. RAM, Processor info

 

If you have not done anything to fix it, then please read through the pinned thread at the top of the skyrim technical support (link here) to try to resolve it. Also if you have not tried a search of your problem on this forum, that may also yield your answer.(edited for content, link)
