Can't stop Game Detection

So I just installed Nexus Mod Manager and when I load it for the first time, it tries to auto detect the games I have installed. It finds Skyrim and Fallout 3 fairly quickly, which is all I have installed. When I click the red X next to the other games though, it doesn't let me proceed / I can't click OK to continue. Is this a bug? Or am I supposed to let the game search through several terabytes of data for hours?

EDIT: Nevermind. I closed it and ran it again, this time it let me click OK. Please delete.

There are little green ticks (check marks) next to the games that it has found. You have to click them to proceed. This caught me out, too.
