Cipherthe3vil Posted November 20, 2012 Share Posted November 20, 2012 (edited) I was wondering if it was normal for all the Imperial NPCs to be gathered in a room, fully furnished, in the Blue Palace after winning as a Stormcloak. They're all just there... eating, sleeping, ect. Generally being NPC-like. Not that I have a problem with it, it's amusing. Just wondering.
