Necrus011
So I uninstalled fallout 3 to fix an unrelated issue, and though I thought I said I wanted to keep my save games when prompted by the uninstall set up, apparently I deleted them. Is there any way to recover these files? They aren't in the recycling bin of course because I uninstalled the game from the control panel. I have shadow explorer, but it has been forever since I used that program and I can't seem to find those files just by playing around with it. Any and all help deeply appreciated. M48A5
Have you searched your hard drive? In Vista, the saved games are in Computer/OS (C:)/Users/"Name"/Documents/MyGames/Fallout3/Saves.
Necrus011
Yes. I have windows 7 and they are typically in a similar location. They were removed when I uninstalled the game. I have used Shadow Explorer to recover saves like these before, I just can't seem to figure out how I did it.
