NMM not recognizing installed mods anymore

So I booted up NMM today to install a music overhaul mod.

Ran BOSS and played the game for awhile.

I just started NMM up again a bit ago, and now, it shows that none of my mods are installed (in the Mod tab).

So I double checked to see if the installation folder for skyrim and the mod folder had gotten changed. --- Nope it's fine.

It recognizes the plugin order just fine as well.

It lets me even install mods and asks if I want to overwrite.

1.) I don't have a problem reinstalling the mods one by one (and even the texture packs etc. since I have them all saved).

Problem is, BOSS has randomly stopped working and gives me this error.

Masterlist Parsing Error: Expected a <conditional> at:

FILE("Smithing Perks Overhaul - Balanced.esp") &&

Masterlist parsing aborted. Utility will end now.

Now I recently reinstalled the game (few days ago), updated it, got the unofficialy skyrim patch etc. etc. Installed all the same mods I had before on my save game. Smithing perks wasn't one of them, EVER!!

I even tried downloading and installing the mod. No DICE!!

Anyone know what gives?

I don't want to reinstall the game/mods and then have the same problem happen to me.

*EDIT*

Found a link over on the BOSS page for issues, someone else has my exact same issue.

*DOUBLE EDIT*

Someone over at the official forums (skyrim forums) posted a fix.

Apparently the line

IF VAR(EN) && FILE("Smithing Perks Overhaul - Balanced.esp")

was missing an 'IF' statement, so I put one in and viola! (If this has happened to you, do so at your own risk!!)

Unfortunately NMM hasn't recognized my mods being installed but I know which ones are anyway. I'll be updating my masterlist when I can
