AurianaValoria1
Most of my mods are armor and clothing. Would it be possible to merge these mods into one esp using Wrye Bash or something, to shorten my load order a bit?
Alathe
Good question. I'll be watching this topic as well in case someone answers.
majistik
I dont think you should do that, what if some mod will get an update?
AurianaValoria1
Well, it would only be wise to merge the .esp's you knew for certain weren't going to be updated anymore. ;)
varakz
Merging can be done in the CK. Have a look here: http://www.creationkit.com/Mod_Merging
scrivener07
Armour and weapon mods should be perfectly fine for merging. Use TES5edit to merge all the records into a single esp. This is already exactly what a bashed patch does but Im not sure if the bashed patch for skyrim is working right now. If you want you can even merge all the meshes and textures but wrye bash wont be able to report overrides and conflicts.Merge all the mesh and texture folders from all your weapon and armour mods into one so your only left with this.Data\textures\..Data\meshes\..Data\AllArmourAndWeapons.espZip it up and add it to your Bash Installers folder and activate it on the Wrye Bash installers tab.
