ketara00
Really, it sounds to me like you've got some sort of key mod conflict that's buggering up your gameplay experience. The sad fact is, if you want to run that many mods? You have a choice. You either run with a stable build someone else has posted and then add mods one at a time from there as you playt (so that you're on top of any changes and can easily pinpoint the problem). Or you activate them in batches of ten every hour or so of gameplay from a new game. You'll still get the odd glitch from the latter option, but anything game breaking you'll notice immediately. Anything smaller, you can pull up in FO4edit when the glitch happens and start poking around to see exactly what's conflicting.

The reason for that is that vortex has copies of all the mods that install through it. And it doesn't store them in the fallout4 data folder, so cleaning out the data folder doesn't get rid of them.https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/8386713-clean-game/&do=findComment&comment=77347388 Ketara had posted the location of the files that vortex keeps in this thread here. Another thing I will recommend. if you do like to test out different mods on a regular basis, do NOT do so on your main character, in your current playthrough.Due to the fact that uninstalling mods can cause corruption of your savegame from scripts. What I recommend doing is taking a character that you have some time on, and install a mod called Cheat Menu. Cheat Menu has a holotape that gives you the option to Rename your character. Now, what's that do? Basically, all your saves, are store per your character's name. If you rename the character, that now creates a new branch of save games. So, what you do is rename the character, then save the game. You now have a test save.I've got one character that I rename about 7-10 times a month, just because I like to test out a bunch of different gun mods for evaluation.
