Knightofthe7shades
First off, here is the link to the mod: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/18498/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D18498 As you notice, it is an OBMM-friendly version of the mod. It simply doesn't work; I still have the vanilla textures. I Installed it like any other OMOD would be installed, and it didn't work. Then I went to "Utilities," Archive Invalidation, then check BSA alteration, Textures, and Generate archiveinvalidation entries on hash collision, then updated it. I went back in game, but nothing changed. It doesn't have an esp in the OMOD, but I figure it shouldn't have one since it is a texture replacer. If it has an esp file, I have failed to see it so far, but it would mean it would be an active esp either way.Since I am not a mod-installing wizard, I would not like to get the manually installed version , since I would not know how to get the vanilla textures back if I didn't like the mod, or if my computer can't handle it (but I am confident my computer can)Anyways, any help is appreciated, even if it doesn't work :)

I have not personally went into and edited any BSA files before. Other than while messing around with the mod, anything I have done that might have edited a BSA might be... idk, 2 or 3 months ago. However, I know little to nothing about BSA files as I have not personally tinkered with nor have I had to know about them yet. I have however, been planning to learn about them. The point is, I can't say for sure when I last modified the BSA files other than today and yesterday (through OBMM trying to get the mod to work. But I only did what they readme said since I didn't want to damage anything).Continue helping me or not, it won't hurt my feelings if you don't. I realize you are busy yourself ;) and I have no idea how much of an idiot I sound in your eyes by not knowing much about BSA files XD Of course, I would really appreciate your help more, considering you're one of the smarter ones on this site. Worst case I will just have to manually install it, but I already explained that.
Nephenee13
OBMM has a function called BSA Redating. Use it. That should fix the problem, assuming you installed everything properly to begin with.

I found "Reset BSA timestamps" which I used, but that changed nothing. I have the latest version of OBMM (V 1.1.12) but that's all I have. I found other OBMM mods like OBMM extended, which I did not download; I simply downloaded it from the original page. I am positive I installed it correctly.I would think it would have something to do with the Load Order, but again, I did not find any esp files in my data folder for Qarl's Texture Pack. QTP and other texture replacers will have no plugin, for they are used in-game instead of vanilla textures. You said you used BSA alteration, right? If so, it will modify stock .bsa files, so the replacer should work, but if you didn't make any backup before doing so, you may need to install the game again(if you don't know how to revert the change). The recommended archive invalidation method is BSA redirection, for it works(as long as UAC doesn't get in the way) and does not alter anything(other than adding some dummy bsa and editing Oblivion.ini).
