mod available that can make all the graphics, especially the people look more realistic. After playing fallout 3, oblivion (but mostly the people) all looks so cartoonish.

 

Another mod i'm looking for, is one that allows me to play as cloud from FF7. I know i've seen it before, but I just can't seem to be able to find it anywhere. Any help is appreciated.

There are many of mods that make people look better in Oblivion. Check the top 100 list for the most popular. Also, there is a very good search function on the mods. Try various search words and phrases until you zero in on what you are looking for. There are over 10,000 mods available for Oblivion, and the variety is far beyond what FO3 has right now. Just be careful, as many beauty mods do not get along well with others (jealousy I guess) Usually it shows in the eyes when they don't get along. No eyes, googly eyes, black eyes, blindfold over eyes, double pupils (Strange looking). Just disable the beauty mods until your eyes come back to see which ones do this.

lots of beauty, race and cosmetic mods just search beauty, race, or cosmetic mods. Clothing mods just search stuff under description exnem does good mods of those sorts search exnem for author.

 

And also for me, Oblivion has higher quality graphics than fallout 3. (Maybe u need better video card / update ur components to match video card)

(I only have fallout 3 for ps3 on which oblivion looks wicked cartoony so idk)

And ben, I had a little look around, but thing is, i'm too damn lazy to search through an insane amount mods :D anyway, it's a bit hard to tell if it's really good without actually testing it. And because i'm not in america, i only have a limited amount of usage (7GB a month)

 

Black ninja, I think that looks pretty nice too, but i'm using an old monitor and it does not run resolutions higher than 1280x1024. When I try anything higher than that, the screen goes black with lots of fuzzy lines going through it and a blue box in the middle of the screen saying "Out Of Range".

 

And I have the best video card that I can buy around this little town, and beleive me, it's a very good graphics card. And fallout 3's graphics are waaay better than oblivions, it's just that consoles can't handle the kind of graphics a pc can handle (assuming that you got a good computer that can handle very high settings)
