StormWolf01
Heyas Devin. Ouch. That's gotta be disappointing. :(The first thing I would do, is to make sure all the drivers for the laptop are up to date. Particularly for sound and video. The next thing that I would do, is to check to see what is different between the two game installs.Especially checking to see if the two game version numbers are different between the two machines, and to see if some of the staple mods in your build are different versions. An easy way to compare your two load orders are to bring them both up in the modmanager that you use, or sit the machines side by side, and open up your plugins.txt file. C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Fallout4\Plugins.txt "YourUserName" will be whatever you type in to log into the computers when you type in the password. Another issue might also be that the newer laptop may have other software running in the background that is causing a problem. If you have the game installed onto a different drive, than your modmanager, or f4se that could be the problem. If you're using F4se, you may have forgotten to set it to run as administrator, which could also be a problem. You could have forgotten to set your .ini files up for file invalidation. Which is required to run a modded game in fallout. I would also highly recommend dropping as much weight from your load order as possible during character creation. Run only the mods that you need for CC, until you exit vault 111, or until everything has a chance to load up, for the vanilla scripts and everything, if you're using an alternate start mod. Like, exit, go grab a soda or coffee or something. Then save the game when you get back and exit the game. Enable the rest of your load order, and then start back up.All that stuff firing at the exit to the vault can cause a lot of errors.
