kennn97
So I just remoded my game from scratch a few months ago. I've made multiple characters with about 40-50 hours playtime between them. I haven't had any serious issues until Thalmor suddenly became hostile to all NPCS, my character and followers. I've encountered them many times but they never attacked unprovoked. I haven't done a single civil war quest, main quest, or attacked any thalmor on the character I was playing. I don't know why they suddenly became hostile to everyone. At first I thought it was my followers, so I dismissed them. Thalmor still attacked me. Then I went to a town and spawned some thalmor, and they immediately started attacking everyone (NPCs became hostile to them when they spawned too). I tried reloading earlier saves, but the issue still persisted. I even tried loading up different character saves and even started a new character, but still the thalmor are hostile to everyone. However, one thing I discovered was that any Thalmor that I already encountered earlier in the game (across all my different character saves) are not hostile. For example there is a Thalmor soldier in the Markarth inn that isn't hostile on one of my character's saves, where I had visited the inn before. On another character, who hadn't gone to the inn yet, the Thalmor becomes hostile when I enter the inn. It seems that only newly spawned thalmor are hostile to everything. I have no idea what happened or what's causing this issue. Any help would be much appreciated! I also attached my load order:

I also attached my load order: LoadOrder_Skyrim_2020-02-13T18-30-43.txt The best suggestion I can give is this. The next time you come across a hostile Thalmor get close to him/her annd open the console. Then click on the Thalmor. On the right hand side of the screen about halfway down there should be a place that says something like "Last modified by". That should list a mod. It is likely that the mod it gives is the one that's changed your Thalmor's world view. Good luck and happy hunting.

Im playing LE skyrim and there is no additional info shown when I click on thalmor NPC
