Vyrakniir
So, I've been working away at what will (likely) be my next mod and I've run into a bit of a roadblock.I've called the mod Daedric Champions and I've been tinkering with it on and off for the past few months, the mod itself will be a rather short experience (Because I'm the only person working on it and I'm still rather inexperienced when it comes to modding) and will involve the Player getting to go to small portions of each Daedric Plane, kill the boss of that plane and get rewards such as new weapons, armour, spells, etc.So far, I have finished Apocrypha, Coldharbour, Evergloam and the Deadlands. And thats when I moved onto the Ashpit. Anybody who knows TES lore can immediately see where the problems begin to arise. The Ashpit has no sky, no ground or air... So should I sacrifice some of the lore friendliness of the mod and make the realms more like close approximations? Or stick to the lore 100% and have some of the realms suffer in terms of gameplay for the sake of immersion and lore friendliness?TL:DR Should I make the Daedric planes more fun gameplay wise at the cost of lore friendliness or vice-versa? Vyrakniir
Thanks! I'll mess around in the ck and see if I can capture that.
Moksha8088
Speaking strictly as a player, always make the game player-friendly. No sky or ground sounds terrible. If looking for other realms of Oblivion, you might consider Trump Towers.
