HarvesterFox
As you saw from my earlier post i was just able to unlock all the .nifs from my oblivion meshes file. I am now trying to make a "welkynd collection" container. I created a new form from an existing container (just some barrel) and renamed it 'PMTowerWelkynNoRespawn' for easy identification. I then selected 'arwelkyndclustergreen01' as the .nif. When I put it in the map the CS registers it as a container, but the game does not. I get a welkynd cluster in the map, but I cant open it or even register it on the cursor. In addition, there is no collision with it. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. You shouldn't make assumptions, especially when asking for help -- I never saw your earlier post. I am now trying to make a "welkynd collection" container. If the welkynd cluster does not, then you'll have to either create collision, or as a last resort, use a dummy collision box (usually scaled). HarvesterFox
OK thanks a bunch. I replaced 'arwelkynclustergreen01' with 'arwelkynclusterwhite01' (which does have collision) and the container is a success.I only made the reference bc I had made the other post just a couple days ago. I was kind of worried all my persistent questions were getting on peoples' nerves. I would post more answers to other peoples' questions if I was at a level where I knew the answers. Srry.
