Outside green limits ...

Here are some mods that I know about and have used. Please make sure you read the bottom part of the post and follow it. Since I have NO idea what mods you are already using, you want to make sure what you have will work w/these mods.

All gamesFallout 4ModsPlayer SettlementPlace In Red - Reborn

I would also get the mod,

PLACE EVERYWHERE

I would also recommend:

Build High - Expanded Settlements 5.0

As always, please make sure you read all Description Page, Pinned Posts and forum posts to make sure you understand what these mods do and DO NOT DO.

Also when you choose to go into the RED .. understand that you do so, even with these mods at your own risk.

Hi Tony. It is not good to build outside the green area of your settlement. The items you make there may not register to your workbench correctly. That will be a problem to your settlement.

thanks but how do people do it because there are mods where buildings exceed their limits, especially croup manor. i would not enlarge much

Hi Again Tony. The mods you are seeing might be using mods that have been made where the author has set the green areas further away than they were in the original game. I know that there are many mods that do this. Some are ok, some are not. Have to read the posted comments to see if anybody has had problems with them.

Or they may be settlement blueprints using https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22442 this.

This just builds an area, outside of the workshop. But the area has to be flat enough to accommodate all the pieces placed in it. In order to load a blueprint, you have to have the mod that I posted a link to.

Tony - No problem :)

Yeah a search for settlement or expanded or expansion might be good terms to use to try to find them. But again, make sure to read the posted comments for problems that people might be having with them.

This would be a lot better than having orphaned workshop items, as that can cause crashing when you enter the cell ;)
