My steam account got hacked and I need help!

So recently had my steam account hacked. It was from a trade in the community hub. I got a little box on my steam that said I have been signed out and I needed to put my password in. I put my password in and it said incorrect.. I later logged into one of my alt account to find that the account that was hacked was online. playing CS:GO. I have lost mainly all of my CS:GO accounts and I need help to know how to recover it. I have sent a recovery email to steam but it has been nearly 1 week without a response.

Please could someone direct me on what I should do.

A little bit of searching with yahoo comes up with a page with a phone number for them. But, I didn't try it to verify it or not.

If that's genuine, you may have better luck with a live person. I dunno, Never dealt with steam, don't like them.
