Bought today Premium membership.

Vortex The download speed is 20Mb/s, but it only lasts for 10 minutes.

Now the download speed is only 0b/s ~ 30b/s.

It sounds like some kind of speed limiting on your ISP's side, rather than a server issue.

 

If you pause and resume the download, does it speed up again?

I am having the same problem.

 

If I pause and resume the download, it goes full speed for a short period and then goes back to around 500 KB/s. I am expecting much more than that on my 100mbit line.

Sorry to hear about this, have you tried any of our other servers when downloading? If it starts at full speed it seems odd that it would slow down unless you're being throttled by your ISP or something.
