how do you get openiv working with vortex to mod GTA 5?

So i downloaded openiv and activated the asi too but for some reason vortex only detects that I've activated the asi file.

 

And I'm sorry if this is a commonly asked question but I don't know how to work the forums well

Could you be more specific? Do you get an error message that OpenIV is not detected?

 

When I tested it, OpenIV would always install to %LOCALAPPDATA%\New Technology Studio\Apps\OpenIV (where %LOCALAPPDATA% gets replaced with "C:\Users\Tannin\AppData\Local" unless you have manually moved that directory in windows)

Could you check if that's where your OpenIV is installed?

i am having the same problem but i can not get the Open.asi to download neither the openIV when i press the fix button it just brings me to a white page please help
