Can't access fallout4.ini.baked

I am the only user on my pc. When I try to install LooksMenu, Azar's ponytails or Any Mod Any Weapon, I keep getting a message saying Vortex needs access to "C:\Users\Seth\Documents\My Games\fallout4\fallout4.ini.baked" (Seth being my username on the pc) but doesn't have permission to. I have admin rights but when I go in to check on permissions I can't give myself special permissions, which seems to include access to this one file for some reason. I can access all other files in the folder but not that one. I'm hoping someone else has had this problem and knows a fix for it.

Hi Tigers.

Odd problem there.

Maybe go ahead and bypass vortex and install them manually.

After placing the mod files where they need to be in your data folder, start the game up. Let the MODS link color in click on it then hit Y to go to your in game mod manager. Set them to active, and then exit.

You will have to start the game thru f4se for mods like Looks menu to run.

Also. Check to see if you have any access to it at all. Try to copy Nad paste the file to your desktop.

If it will let you do that, then check to see if you can change the access properties. It's probly set to read only.

If not, make a copy of your fallout4.ini file, then paste it into your Documents folder. From there change the name to read

.baked at the end. Then cut and paste it back into your fallout4 documents folder.
