ok so this is my load order:

its not perfect but i havent looked at it yet, just used BOSS to make sure i wouldnt crash, i would look at it more closely after installing all the mods i had in mind.

(you dont see nv.exe but its there, couldnt get it in the screenshot)

ok so as you can see, the problem is that the last file has project nevada - old world blues.esm as master, but i have the "no cyberware" version for some unknown reason.

i followed gopher's video series and installed PN exactly as he says, and in this video

at 9:39 you can see that he has the no cyberware esm too.

did he install it the wrong way? that would be pretty annoying tbh seeing as he is seen like some sort of modding god...

so i opened the project nevada patches zip and i see that there is both old world blues.esm and old world blues no cyberware.esm

my first thought was: maybe i should have used only some of the esps/esms? but then i go to the PN patches page and they say to use NMM or fomm.. so the installation is actually correct and im 100% sure about it. maybe the NVEC-PN patch is broken? dont think so its updated and nobody else has my problem.

maybe NMM does not install it correctly? again nobody else has this particular problem.

im completely lost here because i did everything correctly so stuff should be working.

thanks for reading this wall of text

ps: i did install wmx before activating the PN patch btw so thats not the problem

ps2: this is what nvedit says: http://i.imgur.com/e4A2T.png

- now that i think of it i can probably change the NVEC patch in nvedit to have a different master, but thats not supposed to happen..

The patch NVEC NVCE PN Combo, has as a master, Project Nevada - Old World Blues.esp which you do not have. This will cause the game to crash since you have a missing master.

You need to either replace Project Nevada -Old World Blues (No Cyberware).esp with Project Nevada - Old World Blues.esp or delete NVEC NVCE.

You should not be dropping all the DLC patch files into your Data folder. The Patches page says to do no such thing. The patches come designed to be made into a fomod, either through FOMM or NMM, that will install the files you can use automatically.

This same installer script will rename some of the patch files due to compatibility with previous versions (which is why you need to use the installer). If their patch needs the standard version of the OWB patch, you need to use that version of the patch (or at least ensure that the NVCE or whatever patch doesn't need Cyberware).

i did install the patch with NMM, and what version do i need to use..?

edit - checked the Pn patches page and there are no old version, maybe i need to use pn - extra options and the updates will change the esp?

i already installed many PN compatability patches though, so im not sure how this will work out

just to clarify, i ALWAYS use Nmm for installing

actually i just checked the extra option files and they dont have the old world blues esp with cyberware, so i dont know what i need to get.

i checked gopher's vid again and when he activates the dlc support it doesnt ask you anything, so how do i get the other esp i need?
