FPS Issues and cant find the problem

Well with all those HD texture packs + Beautiful Whiterun andf stuff like that, on a 1Gb card you will always get crap framerate.

Also try and drop the shadow details and decal settings in the skyrim launcher

 

What do you mean SSAO not working on ATI cards ?? It sure works (thru ENB)

 

Also look if you have any script heavy mods (I think Economics of Skyrim is one) because

that CPU isn't really stellar, even more so at 2.4Ghz

I tried running on FXAA style mods and get 30+ fps so I am guessing it was something with ENB.

 

When I turn SSAO on I get this weird black haze/shadow around everything, characters, weapons etc looks awful and isn't technically supported on AMD cards.

 

Now I tried to run RCRN with esps off and even after uninstalling it I crash on load....ugh the headaches that modding can cause lol
