CTDs when fast travel

So yeah. When I want to fast travel, sometimes it works, someties it just crashes.

Specs

AMD 64 x2 5000+

Amd Radeon HD 5570 1GB ( Don't know which company)

2GB RAM

Do you have papyrus logs active? If so could you clear out any current ones, fast travel in-game, and then post what is in the papyrus log here after it crashes?

Ok, I think it only happens outside, because i just hanging in the levelers tower for like 30 mins but when i exited, crashed while loading. Reloaded, made it to whiterun, aela talked to me ( was beginning game) and boom. crash. here's the log. I think there is A LOT wrong.
