CTD upon entering breezehome in whiterun

I installed a lot of mods today and tested it out regulary. I finally decided that I had all the mods I could want, I started a new game. Eventually I bought the breezehome and upon attempting to entering it, my game crashes to desktop. Now, I already attempted to use a completely different savegame to see if it would give the same result.

Yes it does.

I tried looking at my load order to figure out what mod it could be that is relevant to the breezehome so I could re/deactivate it again. I have no clue what mod I am supposed to activate though. BOSS doesn't help much because the stuff it doesn't recognize have nothing to do directly with the breezehome.

Is there an easy way to make a list of all the stuff I have loaded because honestly, I really don't want to manually type everything over. I'm going to see if I can't solve it by deactivating the mods I installed last. Hopefully that will solve whatever the problem is.

Any suggestions are helpful though since you guys don't know what mods I got active I'm sure you can' do much at present. So telling me how I can make a quick list of all the mods I've got running would be nice.

Update:

since I have dovhakins hideout installed I checked to see if I tried to enter via that if it would work or crash. It crashes. i'm starting to think that I have no choice but to install all the mods I installed the last hour just to be sure... If it keeps crashing even then, I'm going to go nuts.

update two:

I deactivated all the mods I installed in the last two hours. No change. I tried the choose your own start mod and choose to own property in the holds (breezehome) and it CDT on me after a few seconds of loading.

I'll see if it does the same thing with other properties.

(((((The other property I chose gave no trouble. so I think it's definetly something to do with the breezehome property))))

Did you install all your mods with NMM? since i have been using that it has helped me keep track of mods. also downloading a few at a time and testing :) . to me sounds like there is another mod editing the home and when you enter it, its trying to load 2 versions of the house and crashes because they aren't the same. it gets hard to tell without knowing whats all going on.

Edit: also it might be a issue with choose your own start mod and choose to own property in the holds in the mod itself. since the other houses work ok, so something is wrong with the breezehome part of the mod.

Well, I disabled the majority of the mods I had active in one go. At one point it CTD'd immediately BUT that had something to do with load order warzones, or one of the other popular mods I can't remember ATM.

HOWEVER I would like to know if there is a quick way of getting all the active mods in a file very quickly.

THAT REMINDS ME, containers that are static (aka don't contain anything and can't be done anything) are purple. Like, pure purple. Is there a mod that changes static containers (and containers themselves maybe?) to fix that?

One last update:

I eventually solved it -more or less- by deactivating every installed mod. Like I mentioned before, at some point it crashed to desktop immediately because of the load order. Something to do with cloaks of skyrim or another program that relies on load order. Anyway,
