I don't know how to use FOMM. All it does is change the hairstyle of Clover. Put the .esp file in your DATA directory. Run the Fallout 3 Launcher. On Data Files, check off the Clover makeover file of whatever hairstyle you want. Press okay. Start the game. You probably need to make the archive invalidation.txt or get the program that makes them. Just read the readme that comes with the mod?
