Skyrim Crashes when guildmates return from jobs (Socko's Guild Starter)

Hi, got a small problem here!

I'm playing with the mod Socko's Guild Starters that let's me recruit npc's as guildmate and I've ran into an issue that make the game ctds when interacting with mod based content (at least, I think it's related to it)

I've got a SAFE savefile inside my HQ where 8/8 guildmembers are. These guildmember are vanilla npcs enhanced by various appearance mods and wearing custom armor, some with HDT heels (with the spell effect to correct height, might be important so I mention it) . (I'll include the load order below, if you see anything weird please tell me)

(Characters being : Olfina Greymane - Ysolda - Camilla Valerius - Idgrod the younger - Sylgja - Sapphire - Nirya - Lisette)

So I can load my game into this place, I've also trying exiting the building, saving, leaving the game and reentering it and it also works fine

The problem occurs when I send a few of my guildmembers into mission. The guild turns level 8 (again, doesn't seem much but I mention it anyway) and when I come back later when my members are all back, the game CTDs when I try entering the building. It also CTDs when I interact with guild member I've TPed out of the HQ
What could it be linked to?

I'll test some other things to see if something change

A CTD in the same location is almost always a corrup mesh/texture added by a mod. Given what you've said it is likely caused by one (or more) of your custom armors. Turn them off one at a time until the problem goes away to isolate the culprit.

Hi, thx for your answer, the thing is, I could load my save into the HQ just fine, where the guildmember were, so it would be weird for the armors to cause the ctd =)
the ctd occured when reentering the HQ once they went to do their job and back
