Mktavish
Mktavish, I tried everything you suggested, but the unchangeable rectangle portions of landscape remain. I even stripped away roads and sidewalks around the Ultra Luxe to see how far spread it was underneath everything. I couldn't do anything with it. Outside of those areas I can change everything I want. I have moved over to a different strip mod now that has not added any animated grass, so I guess that solves the issue. While I have your attention, is there any difference between disabling things in the Geck vs pulling them underneath? The first mod pulled a lot of things underneath, while the second mod simply disabled things while leaving them in their original place. Which is kind of an eyesore in the Geck, bc it makes things cluttered, but I am working around it. I the mod I am using now is LSO. All the original strip walls and collision boxes are still there just disabled in game. I wonder if he left everything in place vs pulling it all underneath, to put up his own walls, bc it has some affect on NPC behavior if it is pulled away. Well the texture tool does seem rather finicky , and I haven't had much experience with it in various scenarios ... so I am sure there is stuff I have yet to see. But it seems to me , you could just use FNV-edit to remove what that mod added over the vanilla. Thereby returning it to vanilla ... and you could start fresh so to speak with how to texture it.Make a back up ... then find that cell in FNV-edit , and experiment on what to delete till you get what you want. I guess it is probably just going to be Landscape , that you will be deleting ? Just did some myself the other day , because I changed the land height along some beaches so they wouldn't be cliffs. Then in game I still had the LOD there. So instead of trying to raise it back up to barely cover the LOD (which was a bit lower than the land) I just deleted my changes. Because the compromise wasn't worth it. Curious ... does the blacked out rectangle exist in game ? or just geck ?

ArikDrago96
Mktavish, thank you again! I went into FNVEdit and changed all of the GolfGrassNV landscape to LGrassGreenSuburbsNoGrass, in the Ultra Luxe and Strip Station cells, and that solved the problem. All of the swaying animated grass around the Ultra Luxe is gone, and it does not look rundown anymore! To answer your question, the areas that were unchangeable in the Geck where also visible in game. Around the changes I could do, you could see the rectangle areas in game. But, FNVEdit saved the day. It is all uniform now with one landscape texture. Edited March 4, 2020 by ArikDrago96
