I believe one of these may help:Skyrim Redone: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9286ACE: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10037DUEL: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2700 I think all three of them (I know Skyrim Redone does) have stamina drain changes to combat.
