Adipose
One, I'd like for someone to import the "Bandit Eye Patch" from Oldrim. Two, I'd like to see an "Akaviri" race/preset mod that's not loaded down with a lot of extras like green poison vomit. I'd like to run an Akaviri player character that's just a basic character, with additional perks picked up as he evolves. I'd also like to see Akaviri follower mods, both men and women. There are several good Asian looking followers available but, like most of the characters from the Orient they're, IMO, too pretty/perfect. I like followers that look like they've actually lived the hard, demanding life that's life in Skyrim. Take a look at early photos from Japan and China...particularly those of the less prosperous folks living out in rural areas. Three, I'd like it if someone could create Akaviri style player homes...even though we don't actually know what they'd look like. We're forced to assume that they'll be medieval Asian in appearance, though that's actually a bit of a question. Early photos of low income farm dwellings in the East Asian world, particularly those of Japan, could serve as a pattern for basic housing. When it comes to the more prosperous estates and the various types of fortifications I'd like to see smaller but very roomy structures. Back when I was playing Oldrim one of the most user friendly mods was the "Underhall" that was created for use with Lakeview manor. It didn't have very many rooms but those it did have were quite large/spacious. It offered absolutely no problems when npcs or the player were moving about. As a footnote I might add that modders ought to avoid overkill in the way of chests and other interior items. More is not always better and can be awfully cluttered. Come to think of it, one of the best interior layouts I've seen in the game was that employed in the "Adventurers Tent" mod. With a couple of exceptions it's very user friendly and could easily serve as a pattern for static housing...though not oriental in nature. Oriental/Akaviri bedding is also something I'd like to see addressed. You folks should know that the medieval Japanese style of bedding generally consists of large, thick woven straw "Tatamis" which can be rolled up and shoved out of the way during the daytime. I suppose that bedrolls or sleeping bags could be used as a substitute if one is pursuing a Japanese style for an Akaviri house.
vedan77
If the original author allows, I'd like to see a port of "Pure Waters - Waterfalls" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60576/) since I a) cannot get the Creation Kit to update itself via the Bethesda Launcher and b) don't know if there's anything to consider except the form ID. MangaBottle
I've been trying to import College Visitor Pass and House of Horrors Alternate Ending on my own, but I'm having no luck at all. If anyone can port or recreate these mods, I would be very grateful.
Anselmp
There used to be a nice Japanese house available in the same place as Riverside. What happened to that?I agree about the overkill. Please, no more mannequins, display cabinets, barrels, beast trophies, even weapon racks. Maybe keep one house for all that stuff, but for our people to live in could we just have something nice? And looking like a dwelling not a maze. There are a few mods that make me go 'Wow' but then I find I don't want to use them because of the time taken getting around them.
