Problems with Fallout 3

Hey guys, I want to ask a few questions about Fallout 3 (GOTY Steam Edition).

First off, the textures of trees and metal are bugged out (as seen in the screenshots). The downloaded mods are also in the screenshots. (playing through FOSE.)

Secondly, I wanted to know how to use FOSE through Steam. (I need it personally, it's not that big of a deal.)

If can awnser any of those questions, please write below.
