StormWolf01
Hiya hellopipo! What you are experiencing there, is called godray distortion. It's caused by the godray effects in lighting.Going into your game settings and turning down your godray effects should help to tune that down. Tho...I dunno much about enb's so I'm not sure if you can tune those down also or not. When using an enb, you may not be able to completely get rid of it. But you can definitely make it so that there's not so much of the effect. Hope this helps :)-Storm
speedynl
in your fallout4pref.ini, find those 2 linesbVolumetricLightingEnable=0iVolumetricLightingQuality=0 make sure they are 0, this turn those dum godray's off, the game looks much better(no blur) when turned off complete

MissingMeshTV
The god ray distortion on edges is caused by them being set to a setting other than Ultra. Lowering the setting won't help. The only way to make it look any better is keep them set to Ultra, but of course you'll likely get a performance hit depending on your hardware. Rather than removing them, I prefer to use the Ultra Quality God Rays Performance Fix. It's a bat file that runs a console command that tweaks the god ray settings so they do not impact performance when they are set to Ultra. They look amazing, no edge blockiness, and the game performs on par with having them set to the lower settings. The mod page has instructions on how to add a line to your Fallout4Custom.ini to run the bat file at game launch, but I image the setting could be added directly to the .ini file itself. It's the best option besides nuking the god rays altogether. EDIT: This also has nothing to do with using an ENB. Mahmood02
In my case, it was ENB, not the fallout prefs. For my ENB install, I deselected EnableBloom, EnableLens, and EnableDepthofField.
