No you can't do that. It's in their actors guild bylaws.

But I think HaplessScrub is right , an object to mod their carryweight . That's the only way I could see with FNVEdit other than boosting their strength ,since carryweight is a derived statistic (something that happens at runtime) .

 

But you can do it with the console ... just don't use the ForceAV command. They don't like to be forced into things ... they are just Actors ya know :armscrossed: says so in the object tree .
