Setting Relationships in the Creation Kit

The Creation Kit doesn't let me set up a relationship info with another character. I can click on "new", set up the data and "okay" it but afterwards no new info can be found.

 

Any tips?

Ah the trick is not to give it an ID

Edit: No you've got to define a child character.
