EBT blood textures - character blood spatter

ugh - i have installed a few mods and made some changes to my skyrim.ini and skyrimPref.ini that may have messed up my blood functions. I use the enhanced blood textures:

since the changes I have not seen as much blood spatter if any that occurs on my character in third person - this used to be a really neat effect!! I miss it. how can I configure my skyrim.ini and skyrimPref.ini to force my character to have the blood spatter occur much more frequently??? One of the other mods I have installed is Civl Unrest

here - two setting I put in my: skyrimPrefs.ini

 

iMaxSkinDecalsPerFrame=35

iMaxDecalsPerFrame=70

 

 

blood started showing up on my face again :D
