I am afraid that I don't pay any attention to tattoo mods, but you can try this to see if it's here on the nexus, that you got it from.Go to https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/ the main mod page. Up at the top of the page, it will say Mods V click on the down arrow, and it will open up another panel. In that panel you will see a link that says Download History.That contains the list of everything that you have downloaded from here. If you got it here, it'll be listed.But, depending on how much you've downloaded, it might be quite a long list (mine is 68 pages and rising).
