Issue with Texture Pack

To start off, I have successfully modded fallout 3 and skyrim. And I managed to get oblivion to work until I tried installing quarl's texture pack. I extracted it to the data folder because the nexus mod manager was not installing the mod. I then ran the oblivion mod manager to use the archive invalidation and it gave this message in the error text file:

The game crashes when I try to start a new game, and it is definitely the texture pack as the game worked fine without it. Does anyone know what is going on? Since I did a manual install I do not know how to remove the texture pack, so an uninstall would be tricky. I need help!

Edit: I should add what mods I have already installed. I have Oscuro's Overhaul, natural environments, better cities, deadly reflexes, Midas, and unique landscapes. The game ran without a hitch until I installed the texture pack.

Alright, I have an update. I re installed the texture pack using oblivion mod manager. It worked and I managed to run archive invalidation without a hitch (I ran BSA alteration mode, is this the right one?). However, I then tried to play and it crashed on the loading screen again. Is there a way to find out what happened?

BSA alteration can mess up everything if you don't know how to revert it or you don't have any backup of stock bsa files(if it happens, you need to reinstall whole game...). BSA redirection is usually recommended. However, none of BSA invalidation methods will crash your game. Uninstall QTP3 and see if the game runs well. Install QTP3 again(BSA redirection is recommended) and check if the game crashes.

**By the way, is your machine is good enough to use any HiRez texture replacer?
