The warning was given for the following reason: Nudity in general image share. The uploader also attempted to use a "black block" to cover the offending naughty bits but the block was see through. As such I can only conclude that the uploader was knowingly attempting to circumvent the no nudity rule. As such the timed ban will be across the board and not just imageshare related.
