vitvit
Hello, super quick question: If I put the contents of the UNofficial skyrim patch in my data folder, play for a bit, then decide to completely DELETE my data folder (with ALL of the UNofficial patch contents in it) and replace it with a Perfect clean fresh copy of my unmodded Data folder, will the game now run as if I NEVER installed the UNofficial patch? So, basically, does the UNofficial patch DO THINGS/CHANGES to OTHER directories besides the data folder? Thanks to whoever knows this! Much appreciated! fms1
That will work, but it's a lot easier to just delete or move the Unofficial .bsa, .bsl, and .esp files (the Unofficial patch for Skyrim patched to 1.8 anyways, Idk if the UOP's for earlier versions have loose files or not.) BEFORE you do though make sure to deactivate the .esp or you may have to manually fix the .txt files in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Skyrim that the game relies on for sorting and managing mods. Deleted3507349User
Even better to use NMM and let it worry about everything. Then all you have to do is activate or deactivate the USKP.
