First mod

Oh my god, this bring back memories of many weird threads from another board.

Months before the release of the movie "Prometheus" people were sooo hyped that they started threads like:

"How will you feel when you see the first trailer?"

"How will you feel when you sit in the cinema?"

"How will you feel when you see the movie's credits?"

My thread was:

"How will you feel when you buy popcorn before you watch the movie?"

But lets act like a normal person, i don't want to be the outsider:

I pressed the upload button and then i spend hours to answer dumb questions and comments in the comment section :D

(not much has changed since then)

Well i remember sitting infront of my computer for hours, hitting the refresh button every 10 seconds and watching the views and comments come streaming in. But thats just my first mod on the nexus.

My first official mod was uploaded when i was only 11 or 12, so i cant remember how i felt then :P

Right after I uploaded my first mod a few weeks ago (I was excited even though I new it wasn't going to be very big/popular, but didn't expect it to be), I started working on my next one. Now I can't quit making/updating mods, I am either in my online classroom, photoshop, Creation Kit, or the Nexus Forums now.

I was nervous as hell. Didn't know what to expect from the community in terms of feedback and endorsements. my worst fear was creating and uploading a mod that no one wanted to use, and i was nervous about competing with the big name mod authors.

now i just make what i want to make, don't promise things i can't deliver and just keep on modding.

I was really surprised that someone actually liked my first mod.

And it quickly gained around 50 endorsements, and in couple of weeks it went to 100 which was really nice for a mod I did just for myself and decided to upload as it was quite well made.

Anyway, pressing f5 every 20 seconds, drinking much coffee, sitting around CK and trying to understand what people mean with their bug reports and so.

It was also pretty good place for me to learn, as people loved the design, but I had no knowledge on making craftable stuff, tempering recipes and so on, during the development of that mod I truly learned the skills for CK.

After that I've made some mods, those are quite liked too, but not as liked as first one was. (Though, hard to say, as I uploaded my second mod to Workshop too, and it gained pretty much attention there but almost none at Nexus. Probably because people downloaded it from workshop.)
